Collagen Oatmeal
Ingredients
● 1 Sachet of Collavita Collagen
● 3 Tablespoons of Oats
● 1 Cup of Milk (or Plant-based Milk)
● 1 Teaspoon of Honey or Molasses
● Optional: Fruits and Granola
Preparation: Boil the oats with milk in a pot and cook while stirring. Remove from heat, add one sachet of Collavita, and mix well. Top with fruits and honey, then serve. Enjoy!
Collagen Smoothie
Ingredients
● 1 Sachet of Collavita Collagen
● 1 Banana
● 1 Handful of Spinach
● 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
● 1 Teaspoon of Chia Seeds
Preparation: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Consume cold. Enjoy!
Collagen Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
● 1 Sachet of Collavita Collagen
● 4 Tablespoons of Yogurt
● 1 Teaspoon of Honey
● Optional: Fruits and Granola
Preparation: Add Collavita to the yogurt and mix well. Add fruits and granola on top for a nutritious snack. Enjoy!
Collagen Coffee
Ingredients
● 1 Sachet of Collavita Collagen
● 1 Cup Hot Coffee
● 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
Preparation: Add one sachet of Collavita to your hot coffee and mix well. Add one teaspoon of coconut oil. Enjoy!
Collagen Omelette
Ingredients
● 1 Sachet of Collavita Collagen
● 2 Eggs
● 1/4 Cup Milk
● Salt and Pepper
● Optional Vegetables (Spinach, Peppers, etc.)
Preparation: Whisk the eggs and milk in a bowl, then add one sachet of Collavita and mix. Cook with a little oil in a pan and add your desired vegetables on top. Enjoy!
Collagen Chia Pudding
Ingredients
● 1 Sachet of Collavita Collagen
● 3 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
● 1 Cup Almond Milk
● 1 Teaspoon of Honey or Agave Syrup
● Optional Fruits
Preparation: Mix the chia seeds with almond milk, then add one sachet of Collavita and mix well. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 3-4 hours. Serve with optional fruits. Enjoy!
Collagen Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
● 1 Sachet of Collavita Collagen
● 2 Carrots
● 1 Zucchini
● 1 Potato
● 1 Liter Chicken or Vegetable Stock
● Salt, Pepper, and Turmeric
Preparation: Chop the vegetables into small pieces and boil with chicken stock. Once the vegetables are soft, blend to a smooth consistency. After removing the soup from the heat, add one sachet of Collavita and mix. Enjoy!
Collagen Protein Pancake
Ingredients

● 1 Egg
● 1 Cup Oat Flour
● 1/2 Cup Milk
● 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
● Optional Fruits or Dark Chocolate Chips
Preparation: Whisk all ingredients in a bowl and cook in a crepe pan. Top with optional fruits or dark chocolate chips. Enjoy!
